Strobing led???

What would cause a white led to strobe extremely fast. This is not a blinking led.

It just started strobing and when I flick it it stops. This led has less then an hour of time on it. I am running the canuck system so its in its limits?

I wish I could make mine strobe on demand!Strobes look some much better than blinking IMHO
