How to capture video from sim to share online?

What is the best way to capture video (from clearview in my case) to share online? Hope this wasn't asked to recently.. I didn't find much when searching.

I use fraps from http://fraps.com Fraps does uncompressed avi video that I process with the Windows video and encode to desired bitrate.
