Have you guys heard of luminescent paper you can cut to any shape with scissors?

A friend was telling me of this new technology that is a luminescent paper that runs off a 12v battery (we could use a 3cell lipo). The cool thing about it is that it looked light weight and you could cut it to any shape with scissors.

The problem is he does not remember the web site he saw it on and I am not very good at using Google.

Has anyone here heard of this stuff or know more about it. Post a link if you find a web site on it. I will keep looking as well. :)

I have a peice of this EL sheet and it glows but not really bright. It's pretty much about the brightness of a glow-in-the-dark sticker.
