i m saurabh frm new panvel. i m 14 years old and want to make an rc plane.Can u help me in getting the requirments like the radio system and other things, plz tell me the shop in navi mumbai or in mumbai where i can get them and also tell the price.

what kind of model do you want to create...where are u located at...you can check out the various rc suppliers add n info in the "list of rc suppliers" thread...as far as creating aeromodel from scratch is cocerned..do u want fuselage to be foam/epp/bio foam or u want a balsa wood one...the basic things u ll require are as below...

PROPULSION SYSTEM
1) a motor to power the aircraft
2) a suitable battery (either lipo or nicd or nimh)
3) an electronic speed controller (compatible with motor and battery )

RADIO SYSTEM
1) transmitter
2) reciever
3) servos

and finally an aeroplane to put all these above in it :D

:) i would suggest you understand all the theory behind this hobby...and then for first try take a plan from the net depending on what kind of model u want. then go and buid it and hv fun
