I'm looking at buying a nitro buggy to use at a local bmx track after tax season and am having a hard time deciding. I've been deadset on an OFNA Violator for the longest time but am not sure it's what I really need. Not planning any real competitions just some good fun. Biggest thing I'm looking at is durability, parts availibility, and the ability to upgrade later.
I have a T-Maxx so I have some nitro experience already.
So what do y'all think?

How much are you wanting to spend???
Are you looking for a RTR or a team kit?
RTR,, I would look into the Losi 8ight RTR Just make sure you set the servo's up good.. You will need to watch the throtle servo the most..
Team Kit,, I would look into the Mugen MBX5R It is an awsome buggy, and then you can add all the stuff you want to fit your needs.
Hope that helped ya :)
