http://web.ukonline.co.uk/alan.shipman/boats/sintra.htm its an Anderson Sintra700, RTR I think.
esc for that, PROBOAT/Overlander marine 50, dont use lipos use nicads, and run it on 10 cells, as that will be more than adequate.
I have a Robbe Najade which is a bigger boat measuring 960mmx300mm weighing 5kg, compared to the sintra's 2.1kg, and she planes on 9.6v. If you go 12v in that, you will go like a scalded cat! also Ni-mh /Ni-cd batteries are able to take more abuse than lithium polymers and are cheaper too
5000mah ni-cd pack is cheaper than its equivilent lipo battery :)

Ghost, just curious, what kind of runtimes do you get with 6600mah in you Najade?? Also, looks like you have a great place to run, talk about easy access for launching. :D

RTR out of the box, probably about £30, however as for speed, she'd be fast enough to do some damage if y'hit something with it! she's probably be mental on 9.6, the esc will cost about £25 as well.

dident finish 120 inch plane.
but had 3 helis(1nitro) now sold
had 6 planes all running(4 sold)
had boat running (which sold)(now have new 1)
had 3 cars all running(now have 1 truck) which is faster than the fastest production car out 1/10 scale for trucks.
the only reason i dident finish my 120 inch plane is because i stoped flying.
anyway that clears that up.
now can some 1 please help me wih my boat
