OPS60 Head button Dimensions

Hi,
Mate of mine has lost his OPS60 Head Button due to being misplaced while
someone was ment to be heli-coiling it for him.

Is there anyone out there who give me the dimensions of the head button so i
can make him a new one on the lathe.
