What kinda RPM's should I be seeing from this motor?
From my calculations its hitting 36,360 RPM's

That depends how you gear it! I'm assuming you're measuring your car's speed and working back through the rollout... well, assuming
your gearing is spot on for top speed (probably much taller than you'd ever run on a track) that means you're half-way to the
no-load speed.
If you're under-geared (from a top speed perspective), then it'll be somewhere above half-way - but the number isn't particularly
meaningful as it's simply the point where the car's drag and rolling resistance equal the amount of tractive effort at the wheels,
at that particular point on the motor's power/torque curves.
Now, what would be useful would be if you knew what the peak power speed actually is (from a dyno) - then you could achieve neutral
gearing, by trial and error.
I'll expand on neutral/under/overgearing if people want, but it might get lengthy ;-)
