Hello, i got the answer.

It is an 1:8 Nitro buggy sold in Europe by Robbe,
it is made by Garbo and SG in Italy..
I found some info in Dutch magazines of 1983/84.
I made some scans and placed it on:

There is also an album with my Hawk/Street/Buggy chassis,
i got 4 of them and rebuiling them now to race with them
next summer.
