If you can find a cheap set of Tamiya rollbars with the fake light bar. Take
the back half of the KC light. It has a single screw hole below (drill a second
to prevent spinning) this allows it to be mounted inside the body, and a center
screw hole that you can feed the led light through. I ran this set up without
breaking for a long time.
