I hear that you guys have heard much on the question of the metal
Quick Cyclic Loops binding on the Raptor 30...
The screws are not counter sunk and reduce overall clearange inside
the component by almost 1mm.
I am not having problems in flight since I knocked down the cyclic
travel a little so the screw barely touches the headblock bladegrip
sholulder at full travel and then switched to K&S paddles to improve
cyclic reponse.
Anyone seen this and have any gotchya's with them.
I can't understand how the parts could have been designed to be better
than originals in every way except overall travel - in the direction
it is most needed! Generally there is potential for binding in both
the roll and pitch axies as the screw head touches the top side of the
feathering spindle shoulder.
