Thanks Lindsay I didnt catch the full story on the PA there was a fair
bit of activity going on there.
That was a bonus actually, Always a heli in the air to watch which
certainly kept it interesting and the day passed in no time and no
long wait in between events or anything.
Ive been to piles of auto sporting events up the bush and the long
pauses between events can make it a long long day.

My first time at Shep.
I was very impressed with the flying in the high wind Saturday.
I drove up both days, around 2hrs away is not too far for me for day
trips.
Sunday turned out very nice after the cloud on Saturday, certainly
made for better pics with the sun out.
After watching the Shep event I think it would potentially be worth
obtaining accreditation via club membership to compete or participate
in the event more than just spectating.
As you know (i assume) I am not in a club as for the most part my
interest moved to heli cams pretty quick.
