hey men, i am interested in holding my trex 600 heli in one position at a few hundred feet for photos. what i am wondering is if anything exists or can be made where the heli will hold its position thats the most important. if it can hold alt as well i will consider it a plus.

now im sure there is a gps expensive way of doing it and im all ears on that. but im wondering if there is a way for example to have some kind of transmitter on the ground with a very direct signal, one that the heli would have a sensor on the belly and it would make small corrections to keep the heli right over the tx compensating for wind drift. i can use an api2000 for added safety. is there anything like that? other wise whats a reasonable gps way of doing it. urls please! thanks.
