Transmitter

I'v got to program my transmitter for heli flight. can someone tell me what they would program for standard flight and for 3D flight? I know how to program my radio and I have before but not where the settings were right. When I took lessons the instructor programmed it for me and I never knew the settings he set.

I'v got an older (6-7 years) JR radio and I have the manual
