OK any of you oldtimer's remember this plane! it was one of the first giant scale ships i built way back in 1991. i found this one at Sheldon hobbies a few years ago it has 87 in.WS 1190 SQ.in. and they claimed to be 15 pound's finished recommended engine was a ST 3000 or G38 well the first one i did box stock came out at 19 pound's with a ST 3000 .then after some major surgery it came out 17 Pound's and i put a moki 1.8 in it and it flew better than i expected well Im going to build this one and see if i can hit the 15 pound weight. this kit has a unbelivabe amount of aircraft ply in it !! any think i can do it . i plan on a DA 50 and alot of carbon fiber and lite ply and onecontest balsa. if any one is interested i can do a build thread let me know

50cc at 15 lbs would be very nice. Even 16 lbs. You going to put smoke on it?

right now i dont plan on useing smoke ill look at it later when im close to having everything built up im going to cut a new cores this weekend

I was going to suggest new cores. You changing the spar set up?

Before you know it, you will be cutting ribs for the wing!
