I have an house of balsa T-6 I will be building soon (.15-.19). Does anyone have any experience with this specific model?

we used to race them. we used os 25's. they fly very well for their size. on a 15ci they fly well too............gregg

I built a couple. #1 was my first power plane actually and I beat the #$%& out of it learing how to take-off. As a tail dragger with narrow track mains, it can be squirly on take off.

You can increase the distance between the two main wheels by bending yourself a new set of gear where the axels point outwards towards the tips rather than inwards towards each other. It also looks nicer with them pointing outwards. Give them a little (1-1/2 to 2 degrees) of toe-in to help tracking down the runway.

Also recommend beefing up the wing rib area where the gear blocks attach.
