here is the info about the motor:

I am using the 4 axis board from hobbycnc.com
what is ( com1, com 2, A,a,B,b ) which color wire goes to with motor output

You can figure out the wiring with an ohmmeter. Each of the two phases has three wires and one of the wires is a center tap. The resistance from center tap to each leg is same . The resistance between the two legs is double the resistance from centertap to each leg. The other phase is the same setup.
The Hobbycnc driver board should have enough info to show how to connect the motor know you know the wiring arrangement. The outside legs of each phase connects to either Aa or Bb and the two centertaps connect to Com. Hope this helps.
Here's a link with a diagram of what I am describing:

As Richard said... measure you motor wires and determine
the center leads of each coil set...
then pick which axis connector to use....
connect the center lead of coil 1 to common then connect one coil lead
to big A the other to little a
connect the other coil center lead to common
then connect one coil lead to big B the other to little b
A - a - common-common - b - B
Try it out if motor only hums switch B with b and try again
if it still hums ,,make sure you adjusted the pots properly on pca
try another axis
Kellyware was the easiest SW I found to set up / test ....
I did find a simple stepper pgm on web but don't remember name...
you might find something on PMINMO
