I just found these CAM forums from John's email last week. I've been looking for something like this since I started last year. (This is Brian Ward, btw)

Now most guys in the club are gonna start calling me "ghost" because I've been gone most of this year. See we built a new hangar...er I mean garage. Which led to a whole ton of additional honey-do's (Bathroom remodel, dining room...).

I'm finally 99% done with the construction projects and look forward to getting back out flying in the next couple of weeks.
