Wooden Sailboat Kit

I need something to build this winter. Lookin' for a wooden SB kit.
Something like a Dumas maybe. Maybe even just a display model.


LMK what you might have to keep me out of mischief this winter.

Don't know how complex you want to go but here are some suggestions:

R/C: Soling one meter 39"LOA plastic hull and deck from Victor model products. Easy build, can race in a one design class, sails great and is only $140

R/C: Star 45 45" LOA a hard chine boat of skinned bulkhead construction. Free plans available on internet or kit from Dumas ( I think ). This will be my next scratch build.

Static: many kits to choose from - square riggers to catamarans. Check out Billing boat, Bluejacket, and Naturecoast.
