hi nic...i know next to nothing about 'rtf under $250', but a quick search under the microheli forum tells me that wicho001 hit the nail on the head...hb king 2...you'll find a super-long thread on it in the microheli forum...a lot of guys must by very enthusiastic about it...

I wouldn't trust whoever told you that. The only thing with the King II is it comes with a rather underpowered brushed motor, which will need to be changed. If you buy from Jag Hobbies he will install a brushless motor for you, so for $210 you will have a brushless King II RTF out of the box. Best way to go!

Will a brushless King II do low inverted and other simple 3D? Also how are the parts availability and how rugged is it? What about flight times? Thanks

i wanted a honey be king 2 but the guy at my local hobby store said it was junk or something yea that guy at the hobbyshop dont know what hes talking about i got one the honey bee king 2s that thing rocks it flys great powerful for it size too it fast for its size and when cnced up and everything its even better im happy with it :D
p.s that guy at hobbyshop probly dont know a damn thing about helis

Wasp V3 has head locked gyro and belt driver system,so it is good for beginer to learn .
