I just notice the warranty is no longer mentionned on the lipo packs, except on Loong Maz ones... meaning UH does not assume any warranty now? I also read that some of us have 30 days warranty only on certain yellow packs that were said 12 months warrantied a few months ago...
With all the complaints still alive on this forum, even on new G2 packs, this would be fine UH clarifies its position. Remember, UH wrote some days ago that the warranty in the near future, could be reduced to 6 months from buying date, in place of the present 14 months! Is UH planning to stop selling lipos with a warranty?
For future, warranty or no warranty at all? That is the question...
Would be nice if UH sticks to a policy one time for all!
Bye.

Ther are no answers from UH to this subject...
Warranty time is no longer specified on these packs.
Please, UH... I personnally would like a clear answer, just to know if we can buy from you!
Thanks.

I thought that a warranty was from the manufacturer not the retailer.
Does UH make these batteries?

Polyquest give 3 months from the date you receive the product. All other packs are 30 days from the moment the pack arrives on your doorstep.

Very interesting!
There were the puffing problem with HTX lipos, for this manufacturer fault warranty is decreased from 12month to 30 days. This meens on further puffing lipos we customers have to charge/discharge this lipos several times in 30 days to check, if they are the are puffing crap again or not.
Maybe it's time to use money we spare by buying at UH/HC for a lawyer for future troubles ;). UH/HC is very busy to scuttle its image.

I am surprised UH now ignores the remaining issues with G2 packs and others covered by a long warranty some months ago... this forum has still some complaints not solved at this moment! So, a large warranty should be given until all puffing-charge troubles have gone away, as obviously UH has no control over packs they sell to us. What warranty on Loong maz, still telling 12 months on this site? But now said 30 days!...UH is full of contradictions!
Second point, knowing that lipo's life is mainly related to quality of manufacturing (no problems with Polyquest!... strange!), and having myself no chance to control that, I shall prefer to forget buying such packs: money is money, crap is crap!
We (my modelclub and I: 40 people!) will buy again when a reasonnable warranty will be provided for foreign customers. Other suppliers, maybe not so cheap, in these countries will be happy to welcome our orders!
Good day to all...

I know this is probably a dumb question but where do you find the warranty on the LM Loong Max Lipos you mentioned?
Thanks, David B

All I see is the general Lipo warranty on their FAQ page. Where did you find something different for LM Loong Max Lipos?
Thanks, David B

Hi David,
At the time I opened this thread (oct 27th), in each product specs, the warranty on HXT packs suddently had gone away. But it was specified for Loong Maz packs.
Probably, after reading that, some days later, UH-HC erased the warranty lines on all packs!
That is the life: what will be their next trick?
Have a good day.
