A kit bought ages ago while on holiday in NYC, was later found to have parts missing, a quick email later and they have offered to replace f.o.c. to UK :D

I have found Dumas is very good/quick to replace missing/damaged parts...to Canada, I think when you have built a few Dumas kit's you look for the missing parts first, and get them ordered... but they toll free number does not apply to us north of the border
