i am using two 555 motors and have fitted 0.75mf caps on all terminals to the casings and one on each motor across the terminals but i still get interference which is giving me trouble with my esc, can anyone help please ? .

I've never heard of 555 motors but I guess they're brushed. 0.75mf is not a standard capacitor value either.
The suppression on a normal brushed motor should be 3 ceramic capacitors, values 10-100nF (or .01-.1uF). It's important they're the correct "ceramic" type and also the leads should be kept short.
