Flying in Kazakhstan?

Does anyone know anything about the R/C flying scene in Kazakhstan?

There is a growing group of expats working in Atyrau, Kazakhstan keen to fly models here. But we don't want to fall foul of any local laws or customs!

If anyone has any information at all, be it about frequencies, how to import radio gear, local flyers we could meet up with - anything! - please get in touch.

Kazakhstan is a member of the FAI. They had at least one competitor at the C/L world champs in Spain last summer.
