Does anyone know how to connect the GWS GWT6A to FMS? It has a Trainer cord jack from the side and is basically a 6ch dreamstarter. Here its is... GTW6A (http://www.sussex-model-centre.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=19234)

Thanx Hornet-Wing

there are many ways to interface a transmitter to a Pc for use with a simulator. Provided the transmitter sends an un-mixed PPm signal from its trainer port you can use:

USB - windows joystick emulation interface (do a search for GWS USB sim interface on here or google)
PIC serial - connects to the serial com port of your PC and is supported by FMS and Clearview
Soundcard - yes, with some thirdparty software you can use the soundcard in your PC to read the signals and control the model in the sim.

However if your transmitter sends a mixed signal, then you need one of the milehigh wings interfaces to de-mix the signals.

Do a search on this forum - its all been discussed before
