Hi there,
I have designed a 16,5 total weighing aircraft with 5 lb payload and 6,5 lb empty weight. I gotta choose a landing gear soon and here is what i have thought about it :
1st Choice : From a 1m x 20 cm x 5 mm Aluminium plate. With shaping it like inverted "U" and 8 inch tires.
1 m = lenght
20 cm = width
5 mm =height og the plate
2nd Choice : Shaping the same aluminium plate like the attachment...
(Dots are not existing. sorry i could not manage to attach the image... i hope you got what i meant...)
3rd Choice : i have plywood and fiberglass materials and covering materials like lamina.
But i am not quite sure what configuration shall be with these materials.
What do you suggest me? (anything you habe in mind... is appriciated...)
(Maybe landing gears that are available in hobby lobbies)
