Used cell phone with memory slot

I'm looking for a cell phone with these two things:

-memory slot
-SIM card (usually by AT&T, Cingular or T-Mobile)

You might be able to find a deal on Ebay for Treo 600 because Woot.com just had the Treo 600 for $89. It is an older model but still very capable and expandable. I have had three treos and I will never go back to a non palm based phone.
