Not enough info. Current? Output voltage range? Power supply type?

Putting 3 x 5 amp diodes in series with one of the leads will drop the voltage about 1.8 volts, allowing it to work with the Cellpro.

Like kit said, the simplest thing would be diodes. If you don't have any, just stop by radio shack and pick up these. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062591&cp=2032058.2032230.2032269&parentPage=family

For the Cellpro 4S that is on the FMA website now, the manual says it needs a minimum of 5 amps. Your supply is rated at half of that. Suggest you check your manual to see what is the minimum current required by the charger.

These are a little cheaper...
