When you are ready for a mid-sized aerobat, look no further. The Sunnycraft 54" .50 Extra 330L is an all out performer. Fully built and covered wood airframe. All control surfaces are prehinged and require only final assembly. Wing is one piece and attaches to the fuselage with machine screws. Cowl and wheel pants are painted fiberglass. Belly removes easily, allowing full access to batteries and radio trays. Landing gear is aluminum and tail wheel rides in a plastic bushing to strengthen the frame/wheel interface. Requires: .50-size engine, or motor/esc/batteries, 4-5 standard servos, radio system, common build tools, and field tools. *Wingspan: 54.3” *Wing Area: 589 sq in. *Weight: 5.1lbs *Length: 49.8”

This is our very own 54" Extra 330L .50 powered by an OS .55
running 10% glow fuel and entirely stock.
We now fly nearly everyday and have
zero complaints about this great little plane. Assembly is straight
forward. The fit and finish is outstanding as with all Sunnycraft
Models. The firewall is heavy plywood, dovetailed for strength,
and shows no signs of weakness after many abusive flights. The
electrical switch and charge port are pre-slotted in the frame.
The hardware package is great. It even included the engine
mounting bolts and mount. All the hardware comes as complete
sets with bolts, washers, and locknuts. The tailwheel design is
ingenious and holds up to very hard hits. The design of this
aerobat reflects decades of care and a real understanding of
what makes an Extra 330L so fun and easy. Overall impressions
are great! This plane tracks like a pattern plane, and with high
rates, will 3D very predictably. Landings are picture perfect and
gentle. This is our new favorite plane and gets flown nearly
everyday! If you are looking for something to fly on windy days,
scale, fully aerobatic, and easy to enjoy, you have to consider
the Sunnycraft 54" Extra 330L. At 54" and 5 pounds 2 oz., it
handles great, looks great, and still fits in your car.

sorry seems a little over priced. I don't see a hatch but a canopy without a frame.
