View Full Version : Help! source for replacement ESC power transistor 80N03P

Yes, I accidentally connected my ESC power source backwards and blew out the power transistor. I removed the old one and the rest of the ESC (at least the BEC) seems to work.
The number for the T0-220 is 80n03p.
Mouser electronics says the replacement is STP60NF03L
Power MOSFET Transistors N-Ch 30 Volt 60 Amp
Good news is that the price is only $1.10
Bad news is you have to buy 1000!!

it looks like that 80A will do.
The ESC is a GWS brushed I use for small slow flyers.
I'm closing this thread.
