I am using the old Aerofly Pro & a Hitec Eclipse 7 TX, & need to replace the interface cord after someone stepped on it:(

I've tried a USB cable from http://www.epyaya.com, but the program cannot recognize it, BUT I havent installed the patch for the software, will that help? Or is there something I need to do to get the sim to recognize it?

The cable that came with AFP back in the day hooks into the PC serial port (9 pin, 5 over, 4 under), any ideas on getting a replacement?

ANY help GREATLY appreciated guys/gals, thank you!

The cord that came with Aerofly is the copyright protection, it will not work without it.
Contact Aerofly and see what the price of a replacement cable is, they do not sell replacement cords if lost or stolen, but if you have the damaged cord they probably will replace it for a fee, maybe even upgrade to USB for you.
Good luck,
Pete
