How do you determine where the CG should be if the staggar of the wings is sevear... like one wing a long way back from the other....

At what percentage cord do you normally set you CGs? I recommend you do the same for the staggered wing bipe. For instance, if you normally balance at the 30% cord and for your bipe both wings are the same area, draw a line between the 30% cord on the two wings and balance the plane at the middle of that line. In the case of two unequal area wings, if the bottom wing represents X% of the total wing area, balance the wing on the line connecting the two 30% cords, but at X% of the connecting line length down from the upper wing.
