U-95 and Feb 1976 issue of RCM

Does anyone have the back issue of RCM, Feb 1976? I am building the U-95 1/8 hydro. Ordered the plan and I would like to have the article for reference.
Also, I have posted in the aircraft forum about Hobbypoxy enamels. I have a lot of part A (pigment) left but Hobbypoxy does not make paint anymore. Can I use the catalyst for K&B Ultrapoxy? Failing to find Hobbypoxy paint, what is a good paint to use on model (glow) boat? Thanks.

I built the Miss us 1/8 scale out of plywood and hobby poxy and hobby poxy paint. One thing that sneaks up on you is weight. My boat weighs about 9 lbs empty . On The paint issue I dont know what to say other than use a two part system .I tryed to power it with a converted 60 airplane engine but it would not work, not enough power!

If all else fails, get some West Systems epoxy. They have a pigment that can be mixed in and could be blended to get more colors.
