I think he was specific. My understanding is that he's looking for plans to a VTOL or VTUAV or UAV. I don't know how much more information he needs to put out there. The members simply need to (if they choose) give him plans to what he's asking for and let him figure out which one meets his requirements. Obviously English isn't his first language so we need to cut him some slack. The verbiage might not be exactly what we'd like to hear but we should be able to see the jest of what he's trying to say.
