I am looking for a TD contest scoring spreadsheet or software (preferably shareware or an ExCel spreadsheet). I belong to a club (SBSS) that is reviving a TD contest schedule after several dormant years. Does anybody have a points scoring spreadsheet or program that they would like to share, or show me a link to one on your club's website that we could try out ?

Thanks,
RDuder

Tonyestep has one for free down load just have to e mail him. you can get him @ tonyestep@yahoo.com Another has just been worked on and worked great this last weekend. a free download is at Grand Ledge country club go to leassons and look for James Lipkowitz he has a really good one can keep trake of three seperate classes or more, gives updated leader list as score cards are inputed, prints score cards, and will alow e mail of list for each competitore. hopes this helps. can even do a seeded matrix for M.O.M http://www.grandledgecountryclub.com/lessons.htm
then go to right side look under Al Dolly and there you have it. Ask Jim for pass word

I will get you the information to operate the Al Dolley program later this evening. We used it for the first time at the GLASS contest this last sunday. Real nice program. :D

To my knowledge there are no handlaunch contests in michigan therefor we did not design this program for handlaunch. As far as adding more rounds, how many would be needed?

At our last regional contest we flew 12 rounds so just a few more would be nice.

Frank

P.S. due to the nature of hand launch I would have to be able to enter the score and not have over under penalties. It is scored a bit differently.

P.S.S. DUDE, sorry to hear there aren't any HL contests. Time to join in on the fun!

I have attached a scoring program done in Excel that we have used for years in the Rocky Mountain Soaring Association. It does all the AMA tasks T1-T7, plus F3J and 3 handlaunch tasks. It handles 66 pilots max and 18 total rounds. It does MoM (normalized by flight group) or random called flight order. It assigns flight groups and can assign flight groups randomly, by class, or in seeded order.

Please read the documentation before using, but I will answer any an all questions or issues.

Enjoy - Jim
