I have a dx6 and my son has shown more and more interst on learing to fly. I have a very small budget maybe 50ish or so, is it possible to get a sim to teach him for around 50$ and yet I can use it to for some 3d flight. Ive used fms in the past and did not really like it to much not sure if anyone has any good ideas. Thank you and look forward to hearing some good ideas on who to maximize my budget or if anyone is selling anything used that would be good too

Clearview is far and away better than FMS!! It is 40 bucks and well worth it. http://www.rcflightsim.com/ I am pretty sure it runs under Vista.

I second that, there's a lot of forum "debate" about "good better best" but Clearview can't be beat for the bucks and, once bought, is under constant development with lifetime free upgrades!
BTW Do you have a PicooZ, my 3 & 4 year old kids go bananas for them, also can't be beat for cheap painless flying experience
