Hi!
I hope someone can help me or offer some advice.
I have recently re-started building a Flair puppeteer that I originally started when I was in my teens! I stopped due to uni and kind of forgot about it until my parents decided to move and so wanted to clear their house and made me come and collect my old stuff!
Anyway, I have lost (or possibly never had) the cabane struts. I have bought some aluminium, but I'm not an experienced metal worker. Can someone suggest how to bend the aluminium to make the struts. Also can anyone give me the dimensions and angle sizes?
Failing that does anyone know where I can obtain a spare pair? My local model shop wasn't very helpful!
Thanks a lot

Dan :
I can measure mine but I havnt got time right now.
Maybe tomarrow evening.
You wont have any trouble though because all they are is some aluminum stock bent to shape and you can bend it easily if you have a vice.
I can get the measurements and where to drill the holes tomarrow maybe.
If I forget, just PM me, I wont mind at all.

Thanks Tim!
You're a life saver!
I hadn't had any replies for a few days, so I was starting to wonder what a pup based monoplane would look like!
I have a vice, so hopefully it won't be too tricky - Famous last words!

Well, I tried to help but I didnt think about the fact that I cant get any measurements where the Stuts go into the fuselage but I did get you all I could.
Everything is upside down but I think you can figure that out pretty easy. :)
I did it all upside down because I was to lazy to take the plane down. :D
So my little scetch is drawn upside down to match.
If this isnt no help maybe you could get a new set through Radical R/C.
They are the Distributor here in the U.S.
