I tried converting FMS models in DirectX (.x) format into my Mac's .3dmf format. In the sim, the model is just an empty white silhouette that face the other way. It seems my sim depends on 3d files that have built-in texture mapping. The FMS model I got has a separate .bmp file for texture.
Can somebody help me make a DirectX model that has texture in it? Then have the model face opposite of what FMS requires? This way, the converted .x file can be used in my sim, RC Helicopter Simulator.
I can provide the FMS model by email. Thanks!
