Hi,
I have a radio (tx & rx) and any servo, how can I test its channels it?
How can i connect a led to rx outputs for monitoring the changes?

Did you mean you do not have a servo and want to know if the receiver is working? If so it will take more than just a LED. The pulse out of the receiver at each channel is only a 1.5 millisecond wide pulse occuring about every 20 milliseconds. It is only about 3 to 3.5 volts in amplitude. If you put a pulse detector on the output and an amplifier, you would be able to light the LED but I doubt if you would be able to tell the difference between the minimum pulse width of 1 millisecond from the maximum one of 3 milliseconds out of every 20 milllisecond frame rate. If you have access to an oscilloscope, it is easy; otherwise just get a servo and hook it to each output in turn to see if all are working.

Try a soundcard oscilloscope:
