Try youtube.com search for "phoenix sim" Theres a few vids on there.
As far as I know there is no free downloadable demo of this sim.
In case your wondering whether to buy this sim, I have and it is excellent.
I have also tried Reflex, Aerofly and RealflightG3 and in my opinion this is the best of the bunch.

not tried clearview, plenty of people on here tho that say its very good for the money.
again there are video demos on youtube.com just type "clearview sim" into the search on youtube.

I have purchased ClearView and Phoenix. Phoenix is MUCH better, in terms of realistic aircraft behavior, graphics, and features. However I think ClearView is good enough to save you a lot of crashing, so for $30 it's a good deal.
