My axe cp changes blade pitch at will. I have the throttle up switch in the off position and can lift off fine, but seconds after lift off i can hear the change in the main rotor and the heli shoots toward the ground. anyone else having this issue or can tell me what the problem is?

A short video would help.

I had a similar problem with my blade CP pro.
I had a bent (bowed) shaft that connects the blades at the head.
This caused the blades to droop at rest and pitch up further as I pitched up.
This shaft is on bearings so pressure from pitch changes caused added pitch jumps.
I was able to straighten the shaft by removing it and rolling it on glass 'till I got it straight. My problem went away.
There is a tutor for the blade CP pro as the washers are not flat and are suppose to go on in a certain order and position. Not sure about the AXE.
This is the shaft I had a problem with.
