I have a HXT 80-100-B 130KV motor with a OEMRC sentilon100A 12s esc and i am going to get a 12s lipo and was wandering what size 3D plane to put it in?

Before you pick a plane, I'd do some bench testing to make sure the ESC will handle 12s as there have been some less than good results w/ HV UH ESC's used @ thier rated capacity. I have a couple of thier Sentilon HV 80A used w/ 8s @ about 50 A @ WOT & they have given no problems however I definitely would bench test if going to 10s, or in your case, 12s.
Also the motor has no track record & @ 130 KV will req a very LARGE prop on a plane w/ LOTS of ground clear.
Definitely you need to do some testing--maybe construct a simple thrust indicator using a weight scale or simpler yet, using a fairly accurate digital fish weighing scale.
Keep us tuned to your endeavors/results.

im going to get an old aero-works 31% sukhoi su-31 builders kit and im going to try to take about 100 amps on a 12s li-po for about 4000 watts.
sukhoi specs:
wingspan 101"
weight 22-24lbs
going to try to get it to 21lbs.
