I am looking to modify a servo's controller circuit to make use of simple electrical inputs like a switch throw or a pot to control the position a servo manually.
I considered a servo tester, or similar circuit that reproduces the output signal of a Rx, but this seems slightly excessive for my modest purposes. If this is not practical, then so be it- I'll use the signal generator.
I am well versed in DIY, building circuit boards, and digital logic circuitry.
I've already found some good info here: www.rc-cam.com/servotst.htm (http://www.rc-cam.com/servotst.htm)
Any tips or links would be greatly appreciated.
