glider paint job....

hello fellas.....finishing up another model....its a multiplex cularis glider. this is my first glider model, and i want input from the experenced glider pilots as to what color sceme to do for the best far off visibilty. here is what the glider looks like, although it isnt mine. should the bottom be a dark color?? any info on this is very welcomed. randy.

Block strips intermittent dark and bright on the underside are best for far-off visibility. Don't bother too much which colors (take what you like, in opther words, just make sure it's dark). Far away only the brightness level counts. One should be significantly darker than a deep azure summer sky.
