Where do I buy one?

Just wondering where I buy a REAL sub, I mean not a dynamic diver or what ever they are...I want a balest tanks and the whole nine yards, but I have no idea how to make it, so I was wondering if they had a website that said how to make one from scrap/scratch or buy a kit? or buy how to make one or what ever...I am somewhat good with my hands when it comes to this and would love to give it a try and after looking at your pics and great boats...I really want one now...and info helps thank you very much. gureat boats all!
