These were installed in a complete stereo install on my Scion but were not the exact speakers wanted so I replaced them with components.
Grills and spacers included. The spacers were never used but have been cut to fit this speaker. If you use them you will still need to drill the screw holes. You will also need to provide your own mounting hardware.
