have you ever been reported by a small minded individual for a non valid reason?.
its terribly frustrating, especially when they keep doing it. I hope the individual responsible has a long record of doing this and the mods can see it, and ban them for being a vexatious fool. :censored: :censored:
I'll probably get reported for this too...... But I'm over it.

If the mods catch it, they might give them 3 points for:
Trolling (Obnoxious Reporting) (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/wlist.php?)
The user has abused the reporting system by repeatedly requesting moderator intervention when none is required.

If they do you'll see it here:
Recent Warnings (http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/recentwarnings.php)

But only for 3 days. ;)

I doubt they will be jealous of my heli collection. :D
but whoever it is, has a bee in his britches about a comment I made about how all the money in the US looks the same as monopoly money.......and reported me as being a troll.
its three times now on the same post. I just hope that whoever it is gets chatted by the mods for being "Just plain silly".
It is frustrating though.

Just curious, what does Aussie money look like?

Take one of your American Dollars,

Cut the last quarter off it and then look.

That's about 1 Australian dollar. :D

Ah, they look very European. When I was a kid an American buck was about the size of a letter envelope, (big and floppy).

They are a fruit based snack (to put it generously) that comes as a sticky, chewy, brightly colored sheet of somehitng that was once allegedly natural.

Hey Wilscor. Would you believe our notes are made of plastic?
You can go surfing with $50 in your board shorts and buy a vegimite sandwich and a beer with it afterwards.
Cool Huh.
Lets see you do that with the greenback. :D

Plastic, indeed. Have you ever gotten an American note wet? you can just leave em out and they will dry, or iron em and look good as new. They are made of cloth. Iv' never handled an Aussie note.

Ja, American notes are made of denhim afaik (would make an awfully expensive pair of jeans).

Old Aussie notes of course were paper, now that really was bad bad bad news for a forgetful kid like me. "Yay, I found a $1 note" (12 hours later) "WAaaaaaah I ruined my life savings by going swimming".

America has a love hate relationship with Europe. We like a lot of their ideas, but we are afraid to do anything that might resemble copying, we'll cut our nose off despite our face. About 6 years ago we were to adopt European style notes, fruity colors and all. They were less prone to being counterfited. People raised such a stink that the idea was called off. Same with the metric system. I f we don't invent it, or steal on the sly, it won't get adopted in this country. As for paper bills the oldtimers were harsh. Probably thought if you got it wet, you got what you deserved :D

Didn't we design the plastic note system? I am sure we have sold the technology to other countries, even some asian countries are using it.

Oh! I don't think I've seen an opening that wide since I was at sea off the Sydney Harbour Heads. Parlez-vous Francais?

All sorts of comments of a racist or sexually orientated nature pour into the mind. :censored:

Be still, my quivering fingers. Let temptation pass you by.

Being a vendor is great, you get reported a lot - even when you're making opinions/remarks on a personal capacity (not as a vendor).

taxdodger,

Which thong are you referring to - a flip-flop thong (on your feet) or a wedgy-thong (around your waist).

:)

I remember when I first moved to South Africa, first thing I wanted was a pair of thongs to walk around with - oh boy did I get some interesting looks when I went to the department stores asking "Where are the thongs?", turns out they call them 'flipflops' over there *whoops*.
