Anyone else have trouble with FMS and Windows XP?

Have Windows XP Media Center and am trying to get FMS to run with TTi USB to serial adapter. FMS will load and run keyboard controls seem to work. Drivers for the adapter have been installed. When I switch the controls to analog I can select the correct com port and even calibrate the TX. After closing the calibration menu I have control for about 5 secs then loose it.

Anyone else have similar problems?

There have been reports that interfaces have problems when used with serial convertors, either USB to serial, or more so when using serial interfaces to USB ports via a convertor. Best advice would be to install either a serial card or USB card in the PC and connect direct
