I'm finishing a spirit 100 kit, with the advanced wing (flaps&ailerons) which is my first "full house" sailplane I intend to fly it with a futaba 6xas radio. What mixing(s) would work best?

Scotch and water. Preferably single malt.

The most important mix is to get some down elevator when you apply flaps. When the flaps come down the wing camber increases , causing the effective angle of attack of the wing to increase . If the horizontal tail plane angle is not changed the plane will pitch up and probably stall. 30 to 40% is a good place to start.
Aileron differential is good but not essential. Program so when banking to turn, the aileron that goes up moves about 50% more than the one that goes down. This is to reduce the tendency to yaw in the wrong direction.
Most RC fliers mix some rudder in with the ailerons to pull the nose around. THe really right way to turn is to apply rudder and aileron independently as required to initiate bank and maintain it while keeping the nose from yawing to the outside of the turn. You can do a lot of flying just fine with the rudder and ailerons mixed.
