Reminds me of the suspension system on Citroens (French car maker); they always had a really smooth suspension that gave a similar perfoance to that Bose setup...

"active suspensions" were popular in F1 awhile back, I'm thinking late 80's-early 90's. Lotus had a demo video of one of their road cars with active suspension vs one without....very interesting.

Jumping?, still don't think it could compete with the General Lee, (Dukes of Hazard), and it sure would ruin a film like Bullit. Though if it could ride level through those down town San Francisco hills, imagine how long the suspension travel would have to be. :D

Only joking. Yes it is a brilliant next generation suspension from the current ride levellers.

Could also be a great excuse for cities to not repair their roads in the future, and as for police 'road spikes', would they have to get something like a tennis net in future? :)
